Fasting wouldn’t suit my body at all as I need a constant high calorie intake to keep the weight on. Otherwise I’d end up losing a dangerous amount of weight.

I'm on a water fast only and in less than a week I've lost 18 pounds, the first stone in 3 days but now it's slowed down to two pounds a day. I take vitamins and supplements and electrolytes and feel fine & dandy. The length is 50 days. I have also done a 30 day fast before.
