Welcome to the WooPlus Community!

At WooPlus, we believe in creating a space where everyone can be themselves while building genuine connections. As long as you are respectful, kind, and considerate of others, you will always have a place here. If not, your experience might be short-lived. We encourage free expression, as long as it doesn't harm or offend others. Everyone is expected to follow the same standards, whether online or offline.

To ensure WooPlus remains a safe and inclusive environment, we ask you to think before you act, be respectful of others, and adhere to our Community Guidelines. These guidelines cover all aspects of user activity on WooPlus, including our dedicated Live Rules for live-streaming behavior, which ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants. Your actions outside the app can also impact your account status on WooPlus.

Below are our Community Guidelines, including Live Rules, which you are expected to follow. Violating any of these guidelines may result in losing access to WooPlus. If your account is banned, you won't be able to return. We encourage everyone to report any behavior that doesn't align with these guidelines.

Community Guidelines

Our platform is designed to create a safe, respectful, and enjoyable space for everyone. To ensure a positive experience, we ask all users to follow these guidelines.

1. Platform Integrity & Authenticity

Inauthentic Accounts

To ensure a safe and trustworthy environment, all accounts on WooPlus must represent real individuals and accurate identities. Accounts that mislead others or are created for deceptive purposes are not allowed.

Fake Personas: You may not use manufactured identities to engage in disruptive or deceptive behavior. This includes:

• Using stock, stolen, or AI-generated profile photos.
• Copying or stealing profile bios or personal information.
• Providing false or misleading details to deceive others.

Impersonation: You may not impersonate other identities of individuals, groups, or organizations to deceive others. While you are not required to use your real name, your profile must not falsely represent someone else.

Inauthentic Behaviors

Content Spam: To ensure meaningful interactions, you may not send or share content that is repetitive, irrelevant, or unsolicited. This includes:

• Repeatedly sending messages that mainly contain links without a real conversation.
• Posting irrelevant comments for promotional purposes.
• Copy-paste or mass messaging identical or similar content.
• Sending high-frequency, unsolicited messages or greetings is perceived as spam.

Eligibility Violations

Minimum Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to use WooPlus.

Restricted Regions: WooPlus services may not be available in certain regions. Accessing the platform from restricted locations, including via VPN or other methods to bypass restrictions, is not permitted.

2. Safety & Harmful Content

Abuse and Harassment

Targeted Harassment: We do not tolerate harassment or abusive targeting of individuals. This includes:

• Repeatedly posting or messaging harmful content toward a specific person.
• Accounts created primarily to harass others.
• Mentioning users with abusive intent.
• Blackmail, stalking, or intimidation of any kind.

Incitement of Harassment: You may not encourage or organize others to harass individuals or groups. This includes:

• Calling for coordinated attacks or abuse.
• Encouraging offline harassment or harm.

Unwanted Sexual Content & Graphic Objectification

WooPlus is a respectful space. Unwanted sexual behavior or content is not allowed.

This includes:

• Sending unsolicited sexual images, videos, or GIFs.
• Sexual comments about someone's body without consent.
• Soliciting sexual acts or services.
• Any content that sexually objectifies a person without their consent.

Hate Speech, Discrimination, Violence & Dangerous Behavior

We celebrate diversity and inclusivity. Any content that promotes hate, violence, or discrimination based on protected characteristics is strictly prohibited, including:

• Threats of physical or sexual violence against any individual or group.
• Coercion or intimidation intended to cause fear of harm.
• Promoting, glorifying, or encouraging acts of violence.
• Depicting or glorifying self-harm or suicide.
• Content that encourages others to engage in self-harm or dangerous behavior.

Privacy & Personal Data

Respect others' privacy. You may not share or threaten to share private information without consent, including:

• Home address or precise location.
• Government-issued IDs or identity numbers.
• Personal contact details (phone, email, passwords).
• Financial information (bank accounts, credit cards).
• Health or biometric data.
• Identifying anonymous users.

3. Child Safety

We have a zero-tolerance policy for any form of child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSAE). CSAE refers to child sexual abuse and exploitation, including content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children. This includes, for example, grooming a child for sexual exploitation, sextorting a child, trafficking of a child for sex, or otherwise sexually exploiting a child.

We don't allow any content that sexualizes or endangers children, whether real or fictional (e.g., anime, digital images, media, text, illustrations). This includes visual depictions, sharing third-party links, or discussions of sexually explicit conduct involving a child. It is strictly prohibited to upload, store, produce, share, or entice others to share child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This prohibition applies even if the intent is to express outrage or raise awareness about the issue. CSAM includes any visual depiction—photos, videos, or computer-generated imagery—of minors engaging in sexually explicit conduct.

Any violation of this guideline will result in the member being removed from WooPlus and reported to the appropriate authorities. In compliance with U.S. law, if we become aware of apparent child sexual exploitation, grooming, or abuse, we will report it to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC). NCMEC may share the report with relevant local and international law enforcement agencies. We are committed to removing CSAM when we obtain actual knowledge of its presence on our platform.

4. Inappropriate Commercial or Suspicious Activity

Unauthorized Commercial Activity

WooPlus is designed for personal connections, not commercial use. You may not:

• Advertise products or services.
• Promote external platforms (e.g., OnlyFans, escort services).
• Engage in sugar dating, escorting, or transactional relationships.

Controlled or Illegal Goods

You may not use WooPlus to buy, sell, promote, or facilitate transactions involving regulated or illegal goods. This includes:

• Drugs or drug paraphernalia.
• Weapons or firearms.
• Counterfeit goods.
• Prescription medications without authorization.

Other Illegal Activities

Any activity that violates local, national, or international laws is strictly prohibited. This includes:

• Human trafficking or exploitation.
• Fraud or identity theft.
• Money laundering or financial manipulation.
• Any form of violence or criminal activity.

Scams

We take scams seriously. You may not:

• Attempt to obtain money, financial information, or assets through deception.
• Use fake stories (e.g., emergencies, travel issues) to request money.
• Conduct romance scams, phishing, or investment fraud.
• Redirect users to external platforms for fraudulent purposes.

5. Safety First

We prioritize user safety above all. If you encounter inappropriate behavior or content, please use our in-app reporting tools to report it immediately.

Your reports help us take appropriate action and maintain a safe environment for everyone.

Remember: By following these guidelines, you contribute to a healthy, fun, and respectful community. If you witness any violations of these rules, don't hesitate to report them.

LIVE Rules

At WooPlus, we strive to make our LIVE feature a fun, engaging, and safe space for all users. To ensure the safety and well-being of our community, we've established clear rules for acceptable content and behavior during LIVE sessions. Violations may result in immediate suspension of your LIVE privileges or account.

Dangerous Activities and Challenges

Engaging in or promoting dangerous activities that could result in physical harm is strictly prohibited.

NOT ALLOWED:

• Showing dangerous activities involving visible or imminent physical harm or promoting such acts.
• Inappropriate use of dangerous tools, such as knives, chainsaws, or welding torches.
• Eating or drinking harmful substances (e.g., detergent, rocks).
• Reckless driving behavior, including speeding, running red lights, or live streaming while driving.
• Performing or encouraging dangerous challenges, dares, or risky stunts.

Sexual Activity and Services

WooPlus prohibits any form of sexual activity or services during LIVE.

NOT ALLOWED:

• Any sexual acts, such as penetrative, non-penetrative, or oral sex.
• Physical sexual arousal or stimulation, including explicit responses to arousal.
• Fetish or kink behavior, including BDSM or object-specific fetishes.
• Offering or soliciting sexual services, sexual chats, or adult content.
• Live streaming sexually explicit acts (e.g., stripping, nude modeling).
• Sexualized content, such as intimate kissing, erotic dances, or moaning to arouse viewers.

Sexually Suggestive Content

We do not permit content that is intended to be sexually suggestive.

NOT ALLOWED:

• Intimate kissing involving open mouths, tongues, biting, or sucking.
• Sexualized framing, such as zooming in on intimate body parts or bending over suggestively.
• Sexualized behavior, including repetitive movements (e.g., breast or buttocks shaking, pelvic thrusting) or licking phallic-shaped objects while making suggestive expressions or sounds.

Nudity and Body Exposure

Nudity, semi-nudity, and significant body exposure are not allowed on LIVE.

NOT ALLOWED:

• Bare intimate body parts, including genitalia, buttocks, and women's breasts.
• Wearing sheer clothing or outfits that minimally cover intimate areas (e.g., lingerie, underwear, or bikinis unless worn in appropriate contexts such as swimwear at a pool, beach, or event with a swimwear theme).
• Depictions of nudity through photography, illustrations, or animations (e.g., manga, anime).

Regulated Goods: Alcohol, Tobacco, and Drugs

WooPlus prohibits the use, promotion, or facilitation of trade involving regulated substances during LIVE sessions.

NOT ALLOWED:

• Showing or using alcohol, tobacco products, or drugs recreationally.
• Promoting or facilitating the trade of alcohol, tobacco, or drugs.
• Misusing household products to get intoxicated (e.g., glue sniffing, nitrous oxide).

Minors and Restricted Content

The presence of minors in LIVE streams is strictly prohibited, even if they are your children or have permission to appear. Content appealing primarily to minors is also not allowed.

NOT ALLOWED:

• Including minors in your stream, even in the background.

Copyrighted Material

Respect intellectual property rights during LIVE sessions.

NOT ALLOWED:

• Streaming copyrighted content, such as music or videos, without proper licensing or ownership.
• Including background media unless it is your original work or you own the right to share it.

Violation and Penalty Policy

Engaging in behaviors that violate community guidelines, including harassment, financial exploitation, and defamatory actions, is strictly prohibited.

NOT ALLOWED:

• Defamation, harassment, or spreading false information intended to attack others.
• Soliciting money by exploiting sympathy or encouraging financial transactions.
• Using the platform to facilitate or promote monetary exchanges.
• Any form of bullying, threats, or targeted harassment against individuals or groups.

Violations may result in account suspension, competition disqualification, or a permanent ban, depending on the severity of the offense.

Reporting LIVE Violations

If you encounter content or behavior on LIVE that violates these rules, report it immediately through the in-app reporting tools.

• In the LIVE session, press the screen and tap the report icon.
• Select the relevant reason for your report.

Reporting Inappropriate Behavior

At WooPlus, maintaining a safe and respectful environment is our top priority. We encourage all members to report any inappropriate behavior that makes you feel uncomfortable or violates our Community Guidelines.

How to Report on WooPlus:

Open the user's profile, tap the two dots next to their name, and select "Report". Choose a reason for your report, and we'll take care of it with complete confidentiality.

Note: WooPlus reserves the right to investigate any report and take appropriate action, including terminating accounts if behavior violates our Terms of Use.

Moderation Policy

At WooPlus, we are committed to ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all members. To achieve this, we use a combination of automated tools and human moderators to review content and behavior, ensuring our Community Guidelines are upheld.

Enforcement and Actions We take violations of our Community Guidelines seriously. Depending on the severity of the violation, we may:

• Remove content that violates our rules.
• Issue warnings.
• Temporarily or permanently ban users from WooPlus.

In some cases, we may also cooperate with law enforcement if criminal activity is involved.

How We Moderate

• Proactive review: Automated tools scan user content, such as profile photos, before it's posted to ensure it meets our guidelines.
• Reactive review: Reports from users trigger a manual review by our moderation team, who then determine if further action is required. Reports are handled confidentially, and your identity will not be disclosed to the person you report.

Our Moderation Team Our dedicated moderation team operates 24/7. They are carefully trained to make fair decisions based on a variety of factors, always striving to ensure a respectful and inclusive community for all.

Account Penalties If violations persist or are particularly severe, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts without refund. This can apply to actions both on and off the platform that involve members you met through WooPlus.
