This Policy describes how WooPlus ("us," "we" or "WooPlus") uses and discloses
information of you when you access or use the WooPlus mobile application or its website found at
wooplus.com, whether through a mobile device or computer (collectively, the “Service”). This
Policy is
only applicable to the WooPlus Service, and not to any other websites that you may be able to
access
from the WooPlus Service, each of which may have data collection and use practices and policies
that
differ materially from this Policy. We encourage you to read this Privacy Policy carefully when
using
our Services or transacting business with us.
By using our Service, you are acknowledging the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
WE DO NOT SELL ANY OF THE PERSONAL INFORMATION THAT WE
COLLECT

respect to

What Personal Information Do We Collect?
1. Information You Voluntarily Provide. This may include your name, date of birth, gender, sexual orientation, email
address, Google or Apple account, phone number, photos, videos, location, bio, height,
ethnicity, body
type, body shape, occupation, income, if you have children, religion, if you smoke, if you
drink,
interests, answers to the 8 about you quiz, chat messages (text, audio, or photo), public posts
(text,
photo), reason for deletion. Once you register, you will be able to review and change the
information at
any time by accessing your “Profile” page. You control your user profile and are able to correct
or
update (other than your email address, date of birth, gender and location (which is
automatically
updated)) your information at any time by just logging in to WooPlus.
If you contact our support team using the email address support@wooplus.com, or the feedback options located in the WooPlus Dating app, we collect
your email address and the content of the email/feedback that you send to us to help resolve
your query.
We will keep records of our communications with you, including any complaints that we receive
from you
about other Users (and from other Users about you).
You may choose to submit a Success Story to us to display on our website and in the
WooPlus Dating app. If you submit a Success Story you will be asked to provide a photo, a brief
story,
and the names of you and your significant other. We will maintain a record of your Success Story
until
you request us to delete it. You may request us to delete your Success Story at any time by
sending an
email to support@wooplus.com with the title “Success Story deletion request”.
We recommend and encourage you to think carefully about the personal information you
disclose about yourself to other users. We do not recommend that you put email addresses, URLs,
instant
messaging details, phone numbers, full names or addresses, credit card or other financial
details,
national identity numbers, drivers' licence details or other sensitive information on your
profile or in
a chat message since such information may be open to abuse and misuse.
When you film or upload a video, the video may be professionally
checked if the person in your profile photos matches the individual in the video. We want to
make sure
you are not a robot! And we also want to avoid fake WooPlus accounts being created which can be
used for
malicious activities and cybercrimes.
While you may voluntarily provide us with sensitive information about
yourself such as your ethnicity, personal interests, religion or other sensitive information
there is no
requirement to do so. Photos that you post may also reveal more detailed information about
yourself or
your location. You should be cautious and review any photos you choose to post. Where you choose
to post
sensitive personal information about yourself the information you share is at your own
risk.
2. Information We Automatically Collect: When you use the WooPlus Dating app, we automatically collect and store certain
information about your mobile device, location, and your activities within the app. This
information
includes type of device (model and manufacturer), operating system and version number, app
version
number, IP address, and the date and time you accessed our services.
We may also include your GPS location (if you allowed location services), and/or
location data derived from your IP address, such as postal code, city, state, and country. Your
Facebook
user ID (if you registered to your Facebook account). If you clicked on a WooPlus ad, which ad
you
clicked on, the date and time you clicked on the ad will be included.
If you made a purchase in the WooPlus Dating app we record what product you purchased,
the quantity purchased, the price of the product, the date and time the purchase was made, and
the
expiry time of the purchase (if applicable). Apple will provide us with a unique transaction ID,
the
subscription status, the payment status, and reason for subscription cancellation (if
applicable).
Google will provide us with a unique order ID, the subscription status, the payment status, and
reason
for subscription cancellation (if applicable). Neither Apple nor Google provide us with any
personal
information from your Apple iTunes or Google Play account.
As you use the WooPlus Dating app we also collect data with regards to your actions
within the app. This data may include the date, time, and location you opened the app, content
you have
liked or disliked, if you have read, or deleted any messages, any changes made to your profile
or
account settings, and the date and time you deactivated your account.
3. Cookies and Use of Cookie Data: When you visit the Service, we may assign your device one or more
cookies to facilitate access to our Service and to personalize your experience. Through the use
of a
cookie, we also may automatically collect information about your activity on our Service, such
as the
pages you visit, the time and date of your visits and the links you click. If we advertise, we
(or third
parties) may use certain data collected on our Service to show you advertisements on other sites
or
applications.
4. Data Collected by Third Parties through Third Party
Links: On our website we include links to other websites and other content from third
party businesses. These third-party businesses may use cookies, web beacons or other similar
technology
to collect information about you. We do not have access to or control over these third parties
or the
cookies, web beacons or other technology that these third parties may use. We are not
responsible for
the privacy practices of these third parties or the content on any third-party websites. You are

How We Use the Information We Collect
1.How We Use Personal Information: We may use your email address and your other personal information to help us
efficiently operate the Services, to contact you in connection with your membership and other
activities
on the App (including, but not limited to, confirmation emails or important news that could
affect your relationship with our App), and to forward messages to you from other WooPlus users. To add certain content, like
pictures or videos, you may allow us to access your camera or photo album. If you consent, the
pictures
or videos you choose will be shared with users of WooPlus App, and may be shared on WooPlus
official
site, WooPlus social accounts, App Store page, and Google Play page. You may withdraw your
consent at
any time by contacting us at the address provided at the end of this Privacy Policy. These types
of
communications are known as "Operational Communications." To operate the Services, we may share
your
personal information with our agents, representatives, contractors and service providers so they
can
provide us with support services such as authorization of credit card transactions, email
origination,
receipt or support services, and customer relationship management services. We require these
entities
not to use your information for any other purpose. Besides, any third party with whom we are
allowed to
share your personal information is authorized to use your personal information in accordance
with our
contractual arrangements with such third parties and in accordance with their own privacy
policies, over
which we have no control, and you agree that we are not responsible or liable for any of their
actions
or omissions. Those who contact you will need to be instructed directly by you regarding your
preferences for the use of your personal information by them. Please read the information below
under
the heading "Special Cases in which we Share Personal and Financial Information" to learn more
ways
where we may share your personal information.
2.How We Use Financial Information: If you choose to buy any of our premium services, we will handle your payment details and
store them in a secure manner to prevent fraud and for purposes of auditing and
taxation.
3.Location Information and Services: This Service includes location based services and features. These features are
used to connect you to other users based upon your geographic location, and provide other
services that
personalize your experience. To implement these features we collect your location data,
including but
not limited to GPS data, WiFi data, and cell tower data.
4.Special Cases in which we Share Personal and Financial
Information: Your personal information, Certified Financial Information or financial
information may be passed on to a third party in the event of a transfer of ownership or assets,
or a
bankruptcy or to comply with the law or to protect the interests or safety of WooPlus or other
visitors
to the Site.
5.How We Use Public Information and Other Demographic
Information: We may review all your demographic information. We may use public information to
enable other users to determine whether they are a match for you and to communicate with you. We
may use
demographic information to tailor the Service and cater to your interests. We may also share
demographic
information with advertisers on an anonymous and aggregated basis (i.e., without telling the
advertisers
your identity). One of the reasons we may do this is to increase the likelihood that our
advertisers'
goods and services will appeal to WooPlus users, so that we may target specific ads at specific
demographic groups. Our sharing of demographic information with advertisers is anonymous (i.e.,
we do
not tell advertisers which particular WooPlus users are members of which demographic groups),
subject to
the rest of this privacy policy. When you respond to an advertisement, however, we ask you to
remember
that if that ad that is targeted to a demographic group and you decide to give the advertiser
your
personal information, then the advertiser may be able to identify you as being a member of that
demographic group.
With Whom We Share Your Information
1.Disclosure to Your Matches: As an integral part of providing the WooPlus service, we will disclose your
profile information to your matches. Photos and other profile information posted by you will be
available to subscribers that are matched with you. We may also make features available enabling
your
matches to share your profile information, including photos, with members of their social
network(s). We
never share your contact information with your matches.
2.Disclosure By Law: You acknowledge and agree that we may disclose information you provide if required
to do so by law, at the request of a third party, or if we, in our sole discretion, believe that
disclosure is reasonable to comply with the law, requests or orders from law enforcement, or any
legal
process (whether or not such disclosure is required by applicable law); protect or defend
WooPlus's, or
a third party's, rights or property; or protect someone's health or safety, such as when harm or
violence against any person (including you) is threatened.
3.Disclosure to Protect Abuse Victims: Notwithstanding any other provision of this privacy statement or our Terms of
Service, we reserve the right, but have no obligation, to disclose any information that you
submit to
the Services, if in our sole opinion, we suspect or have reason to suspect, that the information
involves a party who may be the victim of abuse in any form. Abuse may include, without
limitation,
elder abuse, child abuse, spousal abuse, neglect, or domestic violence. Information may be
disclosed to
authorities that we, in our sole discretion, deem appropriate to handle such disclosure.
Appropriate
authorities may include, without limitation, law enforcement agencies, child protection
agencies, or
court officials. You hereby acknowledge and agree that we are permitted to make such
disclosure.
4.Disclosure to our service providers and partners: We engage with trusted third parties to
help us operate and improve our Services in terms of customer care, marketing, analytics, data
hosting
and maintenance, payment processing, communication, and security operation. We may also share
information with partners who distribute and assist us in advertising our services. We follow a
strict
vetting process prior to engaging any service provider or working with any partner. Our service
providers and partners must agree to strict confidentiality obligations.
5.Disclosure to Trusted Third Parties at Your
Request: When purchasing an WooPlus subscription or while visiting our Services, we may
provide you with advertisements, promotions and offers from third party providers. If you choose
to
accept any such offers, you may either (depending on the situation) directly provide your
information in
connection with the offer to such third-party provider, or we will provide your information,
including
billing information, to the third party provider by pre-populating the offer registration forms.
Your
information will not be transferred until you actually accept the offer. You may opt-out of the
offer at
any time up until this point. Please refer to the third party provider's own privacy policy
(provided on
the offer pages) if you have any questions regarding how your information is used by such
providers.
Please be aware that these offers may be presented on pages framed by a WooPlus Service. We do
this to
provide a seamless experience. Although these offer pages have the look and feel of our
websites, you
will be submitting your information directly to the third-party advertiser. You agree that we
will not
be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such
dealings,
including the sharing of the information you supply to us with third party providers described
here, or
as the result of the presence of such providers on a WooPlus Service.
Disclosure for Accounts Payable or
Collections
It is your duty to make sure that you keep your account(s) in good standing with us. If
you have an outstanding balance, or if you dispute you payment to us with your credit card or
financial
institution for any reason, please note that all information collected from your activity on our
website
may be disclosed to the bank and/or collections agency we work with for the purposes of
establishing
proof of user's identify, proof of use, proof that service was provided, and / or collecting any
outstanding debt owed to us.
How You Can Access Your Information
We give you the opportunity to modify personal information or demographic information
you have provided to us at any time. Please be aware that it may take several hours for the
changes you
make to take effect on the public areas of the WooPlus Service. We thank you for your patience.
Please
note that changing or deleting your information, will only change or delete the data in our
database for
purposes of future activities on the Services and for managing future communications from
WooPlus.
These changes and deletions will not change or delete emails, messages or information
that we may have already forwarded to other users or credit card companies or any other third
parties,
all as provided above in this privacy policy.
How We Protect Your Personal Information
WooPlus has implemented technical and organizational measures to protect your personal
information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. We restrict access to personal
information to
authorized personnel only and regularly review our security procedures to ensure compliance with
best
practices.
Unfortunately, no website or Internet transmission is ever completely 100% secure, and
we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, hacking, data loss, or other breaches will ever
occur, but
here are some handy tips to help keep your data secure:
1. Please log in to WooPlus on a trusted device.
2. Please don’t share the password you use to access your WooPlus Account with anyone
else.
3. Change your password periodically.
Information You Provide about Yourself While Using Our
Service
Whenever you voluntarily disclose personal information on publicly-viewable pages, that
information will be publicly available and can be collected and used by others. For example, if
you post
your email address, you may receive unsolicited messages. We cannot control who reads your
posting or
what other users may do with the information you voluntarily post, so we encourage you to
exercise
discretion and caution with respect to your personal information.
Data Retention
Personal information can only be kept temporarily for continued service and legitimate
purposes, and we retain the information complying with applicable laws. The content stays as
long as the
account still exists. After your account is terminated, we will delete your personal
information, as
laid out below:
We adhere to a strict data retention policy that involves deleting most of your
data and retaining only limited information for specific purposes, as explained
below:
1. We retain a limited amount of data to fulfill our legal data retention obligations.
Additionally, we store records of members' consent to demonstrate compliance with applicable
laws.
2. We maintain limited information on the basis of our legitimate interests. For
instance, we keep customer care records and supporting data to help us make informed decisions
about
customer care, enforce our rights, and defend ourselves in case of claims. We also retain
information on
past accounts and subscriptions for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
Furthermore, we keep data necessary to prevent banned members from opening a new account for as
long as
required to ensure the safety and well-being of our members.
3. Lastly, we maintain information based on our legitimate interests when there is
an ongoing or potential issue, claim, or dispute that requires us to keep data. This includes
instances
where we receive a valid legal subpoena or request for data preservation, in which case we would
need to
retain data to comply with our legal obligations. We also keep data that may be necessary for
legal
proceedings.
Please note that even though our systems are designed to carry out data deletion
processes according to the above guidelines, we regret that we can't promise all data will be
deleted
within a specific timeframe due to technical constraints.
Children's Privacy
We require users to be at least 18 years of age. We do not intend for anyone under the
age of 18 to use any of the features or services we offer from WooPlus Services, and we
certainly do not
direct any of our content specifically at children under 18 years of age. We understand and are
committed to respecting the sensitive nature of children's privacy online.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We reserve the right, at any time, to add to, change, update, or modify this Policy,
simply by posting such change, update, or modification on WooPlus Services and without any other
notice
to you. Any such change, update, or modification will be effective immediately upon posting on
the
Services. If any changes are made to this Privacy Policy we will reflect the "Last Revised" date
above.
It is your responsibility to review this Policy from time to time to ensure that you continue to
agree
with all of its terms.
