Ghosting finde ich absolut nicht in Ordnung. Man sollte das Rückrad besitzen, einmal klar anzusprechen was Sache ist. In der Luft so hängen gelassen zu werden ist nichts schönes. Respekt und Anstand 😊👍

Ich denke das liegt daran, dass niemand mehr lernt, Konflikte vernünftig auszutragen.
Man möchte keine Konfrontation und will sein Gegenüber vielleicht nicht aktiv verletzen. Allerdings nicht, weil einem das Gegenüber wichtig ist sondern weil man sich mit der Reaktion nicht auseinandersetzen will.

It’s good advice but to me it’s what you say if you’re the wing man and your buddy is a little nervous you can’t just ride that out hoping to get you through some of the nerves in my opinion
