Erstmal ist es für mich wichtig auf mich u. mein Bauchgefühl zu hören.
Dann erstmal reflektieren was vielleicht der Auslöser ist u. es dann auf empathische Weise meinem Partner deutlich machen was in mir vor geht, was ich mir wünschen würde
"nur" freundschaftliche Gefühle sind ja zb auch Gefühle :)

Wenn man dadurch seine Ex vergisst, finde ich es nichtmal so extrem schlimm, man sollte dennoch darüber sprechen

Wenn man noch hofft die Ex kommt zurück und würde wieder mit der Ex eine Beziehung anfangen sollte man nicht mit anderen Daten da nützt man den nur aus.

I understand that if you don't communicate well you can miss signs of drifting apart.
